Many wonderful family memories can be made at this beautifully decorated, historic, eastside home. The home is very private with an adobe wall along the curb. Behind it our guests enjoy a large rock patio with a bubbling water feature and a large handsomely landscaped yard. The patio is nicely furnished with outdoor furniture. Large trees provide shade for the patio and the back yard making dining outdoors enjoyable most of the year. Just down the street is a small park that provides an additional area for the children to run and play. The Plaza with its great shopping and museums and Canyon road with its famous art galleries are both a short walk away. World class restaurants too numerous to name are located minutes from this beautiful home.

We have high speed wireless Internet access at home, and a 22in high definition. DVD player screen TV in the master bedroom.

In addition, dozens of roses, birds of paradise, and others too numerous to mention. Come often to the house, but are flexible in time. Housekeeper and gardener are time employees are very friendly and helpful.

This vacation home rental is only fifteen minutes from Ajijic, where many restaurants, shops, medical facilities and art centers, and the Guadalajara airport is just 40 minutes north.

The city of Jocotepec has amazing produce and vegetables for sale, and food costs are affordable. Jocotepec has good shops and restaurants. The home is a short walk 3 blocks from downtown.
